Parcel to Corfu
Needed to send a parcel to Corfu but wasnt sure what the rules were as many companies say you can send one thing and many say another.
Emailed Danny with my concerns and recieved a rapid ( and clear ) response letting me know what I could post. So far 5 stars on customer service. I will leave another review when item has been sent/received !

I recently used Postage Supermarket to transport a number of boxes of drums and amplifiers from Greece to England. I found the website easy to use and the charges very reasonable. I had a few queries that the excellent team helped me with most courteously and speedily.
The boxes arrived by the date quoted using couriers, all in good condition.
I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend them. The staff were a pleasure to deal with.

First Rate Service, Willing To Follow Up On Delivery Delays
We have now used the services of Postage Supermarket on 3 separate occasions sending parcels to Thailand over the last year. Apart from one occasion when the parcel went 'missing' off the tracking radar for almost 2 weeks which Postage Supermarket followed up for us, we have received nothing other than first class service. Based on our experiences to date, we would recommend them to anyone planning to send parcels abroad.

I would highly recommend this company, I have been dealing with them for a while now and have never had any problems - (an odd hic-up, but we all have those), but at the mere mention of a problem, their staff was on the ball right away, and all resolved in less thank 24 hours. And all for a fraction of the price of other competitors.
Keep up the good work - I can not recommend these people highly enough, with only word.

Budget friendly service

This company is the cheapest on the internet
This company is the cheapest on the internet for international parcels. I have used them to send to Israel multiple times, to France and most recently to Japan. The parcel to Japan only took 5 days to reach its destination. Every time I've contacted customer services I've had a response. I've never had a damaged parcel, nor made a claim so cant pass comment on that.

Bone China Tea set from Wales to New Zealand
I purchased a bone china teaset on Ebay from a trader in Wales. I live in New Zealand and worried about how this package would get here. I received the parcel this morning, it took 8 days to get to New Zealand. With trepidation I opened the parcel. The teaset was in immaculate condition, no breakages whatsoever, I can only thank the trader and especially Postagesupermarket. What a great carry company, they took excellent care of my precious china, so thank you , I really appreciate it. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for posting parcels, especially abroad. wish we had them in New Zealand.

Excellent from Start to finish
I used Parcelsupermarket.com for the first time recently to send a large heavy parcel to Norway. From the very start they were very helpful and re-assuring. Service at the Supermarket
The service from Postal Supermarket Dover Kent, is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make sure your parcels are packaged and sent in the most efficient way. A parcel to Australia took just 6 working days, compared with sometimes weeks when sent through the Post Office and often at twice the price. They will email you with tracking details and you can simply see where your parcel is. Looking forward to using the online service as I don't live near a Supermarket, but already I have confidence in this as a Team member from Dover has told me if I have any problems they will assist me. Absolutely first class service.

excellent service
I have used this company, to find the best deals on international deliveries, for a number of years and find them invaluable. I have family in the States and New Zealand so need to find the cheapest but secure means of posting parcels frequently. I always pay for extra insurance (its only £5) and am amazed at the brilliant deals they manage to arrange when using Parcel Force. Also the latter dont get delayed by customs as Fed Ex & others do. A recent delivery to New Zealand only took 4 days! collected on 3rd and delivered on 7th! You cant beat that! A really great company and always ready to help.Well done!

Great broker service and a phone number with a real person on the end!
I send out a large number of parcels regularly, but our normal courier won't touch very large parcels. Postagesupermarket have given me excellent prices now on delivering several large parcels containing hardy Eucalyptus trees, ranging from 6ft to 10ft long, far better prices than I can get by going direct to the courier. The nice thing is that they actually publish a phone number on the website (most courier brokers don't!) and when I phoned it because I thought the labels hadn't arrived I got a very helpful man who checked the system and confirmed the labels had been sent out. When I checked again, they had indeed been emailed out, almost straight away infact, much faster than I expected, but it had been lost in a barrage of junk emails!
You need to remember, postagesupermarket are brokers, not the actual couriers and it is as difficult for them to find out what is going on with a delivery as it is for us, and in my experience all the couriers are the same, when a parcel is delivered promptly, the service is great, when something goes wrong it can be a nighmare trying to find out what has happened to your precious parcel. But this is a problem with all the couriers and is not the fault of the broker!

Very Impressed
Although I've used this service before. This was the first time I'd used them for a delivery to Taiwan. The price was a third of my usual courier due to the fact we chose the 15 day delivery option. I was very sceptical to say the least. But very happy to report that my customers parcel arrived undamaged today. Would certainly use the same service again.

Really Happy - Parcel to Israel
Sent a parel to Israel on a two drop service. First time I had used this company and the prices were massively better than elsewhere.
I contacted the company as I was concerned the parcel was stuck at customs and received a informative reply (from a human!!) and update the next day.
The parcel arrived before expected! Especially at this time of year (Dec) I thought it would take much longer.

I know you wont believe me when I tell you, I had a package of urgent documents I wanted delivering to Spain, the courier picked them up at 4pm on the 8/05/2013, they
were delivered the next day 9/05/2013 at 5.30pm, I just could not believe anyone could
deliver an item so quickly, I am well impressed.

posting my daughters Christmas box
I needed to post a parcel from the UK to NZ weighing 5 kilos contains my daughters Christmas box. Despite the mixed reviews I chose to do it through postage supermarket collect +. I rang before finalising to check items would be ok through customs they were most informative and helpful . Expaining it was a two leg journey and could take up to two weeks but fully tracked, at a quarter of the price of other couriers i was fine with that, paid via PayPal for that " just in case " added insurance. Dropped off the parcel at a convenient location ( no waiting in for delivery driver) and it was on its way. I found the whole process easy, convenient and hassle free I had to ring them twice during the process ( once for tracking help and once when the parcel arrived in NZ) each time their customer service was outstanding and any glitches were resolved by the end of the working day .
I love the fact you can ring them and speak to a real, helpful person ( helen and danny) convenient drop off points and a choice of payment methods.
Her parcel has now arrived undamaged and all items accounted for.

Used Postage Supermarket for an international collection with the courier and everything went very smoothly and was relatively inexpensive compared to other companies I got quotes from. When the courier couldn't contact the sender in Italy, Postage Supermarket intervened, contacted me and relayed an alternative number back to them. Couldn't ask for more.
