Parcelforce Mailhouse Drop Off Services

Our Parcelforce Mailhouse service is a unique two-legged international service, with parcels sent via our dedicated sorting hub in Dover, Kent. At the hub, we will double check, weigh, and measure your parcel to guarantee that it meets the relevant terms of transit. This is important as thousands of deliveries are knocked back every year for not meeting the required standards.

We will also deal with documentation on your behalf, including commercial invoice and customs forms (CN23 notices) - giving you the peace of mind that everyone wants when sending items.

Parcelforce Mailhouse is available as a drop off service, saving you from having to wait in all day for a collection. All you have to do is book this service and then take the parcel to your local post office or Parcelforce depot. Delivery times will remain the same as with the collection service and can be used with all our Mailhouse tariffs and services.

Parcels can be delivered to addresses around the world. The maximum parcel dimensions are 150cm in length and 300cm in girth.
