CollectPlus Tracking

CollectPlus offer free parcel tracking when you use their service, along with an estimated delivery date for the recipient.

This is not real-time tracking, but the tracking will be updated when the parcel is scanned at each stage in its journey across the network. Tracking events you may see include collection from a drop off point, arrival and processing at the National Hub or Central Depot, and its arrival at the delivery depot near the recipient. We know that for some people, organising and receiving deliveries can be stressful at times and if you've ever felt the same way, this transparency should give you real peace of mind.

It is normal to see pauses in the tracking. We do advise that you monitor the tracking and contact Postage Supermarket if there is no movement shown on the tracking after 48 hours.
